What type of events do you cover?

We serve all types of events from corporate to non-profit to the consumer:

non-profit fundraisers
promotional events for new products
grand openings
corporate parties
bar/bat mitzvahs
birthday parties
weddings

There is always a good reason to roll out the red carpet for all special occasions!

Can you setup outdoors?

Yes. We have designed the entire system to work on battery power (there is an extra charge for running the lights via lithium power). However, we reserve the right to cancel our services if the weather becomes a high enough liability on our equipment and your guests.

Where will you set up at our event?

We recommend the red carpet is set up after your registration table. This typically allows for the best traffic flow.

How quickly can I see my photos?

The photos transfer from the camera to our iPads in 4-6 seconds. We’ve streamlined the system so it gets to the user as quickly as possible so they don’t have to wait.

Where can the photos be shared?

Your photos can be shared via Facebook and Twitter via their API development. Instagram does not offer this. At the end of the night, we upload all the images to Facebook and to the event gallery on our website.

How long does it take to print the step and repeat wall for my event?

Pending your approval of the digital proof, it can take a little as a few days to a week. We require the proof be approved at least 14 days before the event. The earlier the better. But we WILL have it ready for you during your event.

What if I want to reuse my step and repeat wall?

We would be happy to reuse the step and repeat. But it must have been printed by us and stored by us. This ensures its quality and condition. We can credit you $300.00 for the event where you reused a 10ft backdrop. The 15ft backdrop gets a credit of $400.00.

Are you insured?

Yes. Our insurance covers liability and damages. We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request (fee applies).

What if we have to cancel our event?

Cancellations less than 30 days before the event date will be billed the full amount. For package subscribers, a cancelled event less than 30 days before the event date may not be transferred to another date. Any materials or costs incurred before cancellation will be billed accordingly.

What is needed to retain your services?

A non-refundable deposit is required to book us.

Do you serve events outside the St. Louis area?

Yes. If your event is outside of the metropolitan area please contact us to discuss how to get Red Carpet to your event.
